Of course you have "The Catch 3" by Vernon Davis that sealed the win but on the 49ers offensive drive before that Alex Smith had a QB run for a TD that people thought ended and won the game for the Niners.

Here's another one. The 49ers losing to the Falcons and Saints in back to back games by a total of 10 points in 1991 that ended their chances of making the playoffs despite a 6 game win streak after the 2 close losses.
