What do you guys think? This feels like a playoff loss because it was so outrageous in context, that it feels like something important has ended. The last three playoff losses don't feel so momentous to me because the team has never really proved itself as a clear favorite or champion under harbs. They were just dispririting losses, but they weren't like the losses above where we were favorites.

I think this game says that we need all or most of a new staff.

1991 playoff vs the Giants is still the worst but this Raiders loss maybe the worst regular season loss ever.

Not even close.
The recent seahawks losses the past 3 years have all been worse than this, and they weren't the worst either.
The players mailed it in. We had vets saying "1 game season" believing they can't lose a game and get into the play offs… then they lose a game. They were already looking ahead at the inevitable loss in seattle. The team has lost its heart and packed it up for the season.

By far the 15-13 loss in 1991 to New York. It killed a chance to be the only team so far to ever win 3 straight Super Bowls. Today's loss didn't kill anything except put the team out of it's misery for the year. It saved getting annihilated in the play-offs. Other than who wins the sorry NFC South every team in the play-offs will be far better than us.

this feels like a playoff loss if you actually thought this team was good. today was the first time i wasnt too amped for a niners game in a,long time. its not that i dont care but i just knew after the waxing by seattle in our crib that this team wasnt going to rebound to make the playoffs this season.
