entire o staff minus rathman... roman, solari, morton, chryst, mangini
and all those above but Willis and Gore (unless plan on drafting someone like gordon or gurley)
Trade guys like Vernon, Brooks... if we dont want to keep Harbaugh for next year than trade him do not fire him. he should be at least worst oaklands 2nd rounder which is one of the first in the 2nd.
hire tony sparano for ol coach, keep the entire d staff in check. bring in a passing o coordinator like trestman.. if harbaugh stays do the same thing just harbaugh at hc instead of say fangio or someone else... no tomsula hes singletary rah rah guy without xs and os
as for kap 9.8 is a huge hit for dead money even if a june 1st and split over 2 years... goes down to 7.4 the year after, then 4.9, then 2.6
edit: yeah add dahl to the list 1.7 mil savings there. oh and forgot lloyd he saved us in a few games but has held back patton and ellington and may have killed patton's career.

Harbaugh - hate his attitude and his offense
Roman - doesn't call games well
Morton - Doesn't develop WRs
Mangini - apparently can't develop TEs
Solari - line has regressed under him
Kaepernick - expensive and not the answer on offense. He's a mental train wreck and just a prick in general
Iupati - Injury-prone and poor in pass protection. Unless we can get a really cheap deal I say no way
Boone - overrated and thinks he's better than he actually is
Brooks - pos who quit on the team and showed up this season out of shape
Dahl - gets paid too much to suck

When was the last time Willis did anything that made an impact or changed the game? Good player, yes but not worth $10 million worth!

Crabtree-Wants premium pay for minimal effort, constant injury issues.
Iupati-Might be the best run blocking guard in the NFL, one of the worst pass blocking guards, 49ers need more of a happy medium.
Boone-Held out and then played like s**t for much of the season, he can kick rocks as far as I'm concerned.
Lloyd-Nice addition, make some nice plays but ultimately held back the younger receivers like Ellington and Patton who should have been getting the playing time instead.
Roman-Did an okay job today but playcalling has been dismal far more often than it has been great, adios.
Morton-Pushed for the 49ers to take Ronald Johnson over Doug Baldwin, doesn't seem to be able to develop s**t.
Mangini-TE's fell off the face of the earth as soon as he became TE coach, whatever disease he's infected with, the 49ers need to get it off of this team.
Solari-OL has continually been regressing, younger players aren't being developed, its past time for him to go.
Chryst-Kaepernick not being able to figure out the play clock is bad enough and reflects directly on the coaches, Chryst needs to bounce and go follow Harbaugh somewhere else.

I just hope him and Bowman restructure or take pay cuts esp since bowman got paid to sit out the year and willis for 1/3 of the year. and if we keep borland better have bowman ready to do all the covering.

I'm willing to give Kap another year, with a new coach, especially OC, and maybe new system, he may thrive.
Willis isn't going anywhere, he is a team leader, and deserves the money, so sick of overhyping Borland. He is good, not great, yet anyway.
If we get rid of Willis, why not Bowman, he hasn't played all year right? (Sarcasm of course).
The guys I think are likely gone are Crabs, Iupati, Brooks, maybe VD(His salary isn't a big deal to me, it is high, but $2M is prorated money, while only $4.9M is savable, plus we have no one capable of being an impact TE right away), maybe Boone(Overrated, his arse never should of sat out).
I want Gore back, I don't want him anywhere else. Cully and/or Cox for right price, not elite money, so $3M a yr at most.
I hope Boldin, and Justin Smith don't retire, and come back for 2015.
Tender Wilhoite, and Nelson as RFAs, and TJE as a EFA.
About it.
