Why are they not in the playbook? I find myself asking this on the regular. It seems this coaching staff has never called them...can anyone tell me why?

-------------
Our lineman are not agile enough to run them effectively. They are all slow plodders.

For the same reason we seldom throw passes to a RB in the flat on checkdowns or have hot reads when other teams blitz or can't seem to get an open receiver downfield. We have a terrible offensive scheme when it comes to passing plays. It's not the O-line because they pull on running plays just fine and we could even run a middle screen where they didn't even need to pull. We just don't utilize our backs much in the passing game and it is a very basic scheme.

This one is on Kap and not Roman. I always see Gore or Hyde in the flats but Kap is locked to his receivers.
