I'm pretty sure Roman will be fired this weekend unless Harbaugh refuses to go along with it. Either way he will be gone too after this season, and I believe Jed and Baalke will find a replacement with superior knowledge and intelligence. Harbaugh hamstrings this offense with his reliance on "intuition" and has been too stubborn to evolve.

Misguided attempt to live up to his Uncle. Just like when he promised the playoffs to Schefter. His greatest move was facilitating Harbaugh's decision to come to the 49ers, and moving the San Francisco 49ers to Santa Clara.

The only trouble is that Jed and his father's hiring record is suspect at best. They don't exactly have a great hiring record.

Changes need to be made soon and start preparing for next year so it's not all brand new come OTAs and mini camp and training camp
