Cox didn't sell it AT ALL. Graham CLEARLY pushed him with two hands, and everyone can see it. Especially because Cox was running (and not looking at Graham), his balance could be thrown off easily. There is no doubt in the world. If it wasn't called it would be pure caos on the zone. Even Parreira said it was a great call.
He didn't flop. He didn't even sell it. It was a clear penalty. The only reason people say he sold it was because that douche announcer said it on TV.
lol watch the play. Cox is an NFL football player, not a 3rd grader. Graham clearly did push off, but not enough to send a grown man flying.
I guarantee DB's and WR's are both coached to make sure the officials know they were pushed.
Cox knew that in a hail mary jump ball, he had a better chance of preventing that TD by selling a pushoff than trying to get into a physical battle with a man twice his size.
Nobody thinks it was a full on flop, but its pretty obvious that Graham staring up at the ball with his momentum moving away from Cox wouldnt have had enough force to shove him that hard.
It was a textbook move by Cox. He made Graham pay for cheating by drawing attention to it.
Graham is an idiot for doing anything. He's almost a foot taller than anyone around him. He wouldve won that jump ball without pushing anyone.
