In all the weeping and gnashing of teeth regarding that despicable game, I didn't notice a post on Chris Borland's impressive efforts. If this has been posted and I just missed it, my apologies and please merge it. Otherwise, kudos to a guy too small, too slow and with too short arms. 18 tackles and always seemed to be around the ball (except for that one TD.....oops!). The kid is obviously a warrior and he and his teammates should be proud of that effort. Just felt he deserved some love and good luck with rookie of the week.

Read somewhere the coaches film had him up to 22 tackles in the game. Not that I can swear by that.

Yea it's strange that people would post things about Borland in the thread with his name on it.

I'm impressed with him.
He seems like a very bright guy too, from his postgame interview on knbr.
