This is as specific a topic as it gets, I guess. I'm just so frustrated with, well, everything, but what really "gets my goat" (this really shows my age), is that fade to Crabtree in the right corner of the endzone! we did it again this game and yet again, it didn't work. Twice! What is with Kap and Crabtree and that play? Has it ever worked? We lost a Super Bowl, a playoff game and any number of completions with that friggin' pass. WTF?! Ok, got that off my chest. thanks for listening.

Super Bowl throw was a fade...
Yesterday was a 5 yard out...
Therefore, even if Gire

I feel bad for Crabtree, and Kap probably does too which is why, maybe, he keeps forcing to Crab with the game on the line? It's time to stop. It was time to stop when the did it earlier in the season with the same result. I was irate that Boldin was on the sidelines on that last drive. My TV was lucky to have survived, almost took a hammer to it! (Not really). And they didnt use Jobnson much in the first half, and guess what? Crabtree dropped passes, and Kap threw him some really bad ones. Boldin might come down with a couple of those, perhaps Johnson as well. Why they had Johnson/Lloyd sidelined so much in the firsy half is beyond me, and why they didnt call at least one run play at the goal line is also beyond me. This "dedication" to Crabtree as the no1 WR should be at its end. It's hurting the team, but it doesn't matter because our season is most likely over. It's all very sad. I had very high expectations for our offense/passing game this year and they've failed big time. Just about as bad as it could be. Or 20th in passing and 30th in the redzone. I guess it could get worse? Does it get any worse than basically eliminating yourself from the playoffs mid season?

Again, this time, it actually worked so could people stop pretending it wasn't a touchdown. The only reason it didn't turn out to be a touchdown is that they didn't call it a touchdown. If Peyton Manning makes the exact same play, 10 times out of 10 they're going to call it a touchdown. One more time: look at this photo. They called it a catch, so there is no question about securing the ball. The ball is secured, it has crossed the plane of the end zone and Crabtree's knees are on the turf in the end zone. This is a touchdown.

The only WR we should be throwing a jump ball to in the red zone is Boldin.
The only WR we should be throwing quick-outs/shake routes/slants in a scoring situation is Stevie Johnson.

This. Different play. Good call. Easy pitch and catch. Horrendous throw and a 50/50 call that didn't go our way.

Has Kap thrown an easy one to Crabs in that situation yet? Earlier this year, Kap almost over throws Crab but Crabs makes a tough catch while stumbling back.
