We maybe beat up on defense, but there's no excuse on offense to not be competitive.

Denver has a great D, and our OL is banged up. It was also a short week on the road.
After tearing up STL last week, give the offense a break. We had to abandon our run first offense after the D coughed up 21 early. Were not built to pass 40+ times.
Chalk it up to a bad week against a great team at far less than full strength.

It's 3am and I'm posting from my phone in a dark room after about 10 beers so excuse me but, although I agree with you and this may be "thread worthy" you could probably post a better introduction post for the thread? Lol anyway, YES, our offense was a joke tonight. Only guys who showed up were Stevie Johnson and Lloyd. The dropped passes, the int, the overthrow of Lloyd and O-line play simply wasnt championship football. Denver could have won with 17 points! Crabtree and VD are on my s**t list and Kap is simply inconsistent BUT the drops were atrocious and the o line also didnt do him any favors. Like I said in another thread it was 1/3 drops, 1/3 Kap mistakes and 1/3 o-line play that kept tHis offense from being able to compete. The int was the turning point and overthrow pass to Lloyd the nail in the coffin for our offense tonight. Mistakes all around. Ugly football.
