Why do we not play with urgency from the beginning to the end of the game

We barely played with urgency in the red zone with seconds left. Why would they at the beginning of the game? Its the OC's fault, Harbaugh needs to put his loyalty aside like he did with Alex, and demote Roman.

lol ok. I guess its Roman's fault when someone drops a pass, or misses a block, or misses an open receiver. Sometimes you have to just put it on the lack of execution.

No but it IS HIS fault when they have been ranked in the lower half of the league in red zone percentages since he's been here. Same mistakes over and over again for 3 1/4 years. You would think that a rational person would do NOTHING but spend every waking moment fixing their clock management & piss poor red zone offense after they lost a Super Bowl and an NFC Championship game two years in a row because of that.
