Hope vernon davis only has a back strain. If he slipped a disc that changes a lot of things.
We got Carrier and JMART/KMART

Heh, preliminary tests came back negative for any damage, should be fine. Back spasms or something.

Thank G*d.
Vernon Davis says today that he is fine. Anthony Davis' X-Rays were negative. Did Joe Staley have cramps in his leg? He appeared to be grabbing his hamstring as he left the game....

Staley -- what do you mean out
Tight end Vernon Davis suffered a back injury early in the third quarter when he took a knee to it. He was down and then tried to walk off the field. He needed some help and eventually left for the locker room. After the game, he was in discomfort due to back spasms, Davis thinks he will be fine for next week. Davis often can be a bit conservative in his discussion of his own injuries, so this hopefully bodes well.

Right tackle Anthony Davis suffered a lower leg injury in the first quarter. Colin Kaepernick was sacked into the back of Davis's leg. He rolled up and Davis went down. Davis walked straight to locker room under his own power, albeit with a bit of a limp. According to Cam Inman, after the game, Davis left with the aid of a cane. His left knee and ankle were heavily wrapped.

Michael Crabtree left the game with a foot injury in the first quarter. He first tried to work it out with what looked like a softball before heading to the locker room. However, Crabtree returned before the end of the quarter, and finished out the game. Crabtree caught a short pass on what I believe was a bubble screen, and when he was tackled after a short gain, he was twisted down pretty rough. Crabtree's feet are occasionally a subject of discussion given his history, so it was good to see him get back in the game. We'll see if he shows up on the injury report later this week.

Joe Staley left the field for one play with what seemed like a cramp. The 49ers moved Alex Boone to left tackle, and brought Joe Looney in at right guard. The 49ers had deactivated Dillon Farrell because Anthony Davis returned. I think we still would have seen the Boone, Looney move if Farrell had been active.
