3/4 got to go!

The last time we won a Superbowl we had just changed from a 3/4 to 4/3 in 1994. We have got to make the change because our 3/4 defensive lineman are not pass rushers.We are finding out we have One good pass rusher and One descent pass rusher and the rest outside linebackers etc are beneath average. Sorry but the truth hurts without Aldon Smith attracting 2 and three people to block him and the rest of them being blocked one on one. We all can luck up and get a sack every now and then when the sack master is being tripple teamed.

change is scary Tman but in this case very much needed.

You guys have some of the best possible players to run a 3-4..... Why would you want to run a 4-3 in todays league especially being a passing league? The 4-3's biggest pro is that it is a more conservative approach that defends against the run better.

This is a GREAT idea. Especially seeing how amazing our secondary is playing!

How often are we actually in a true 3-4 look? I'd guess probably 30% of the time.

By the way its Justin Smith that has always attracted the double and triple teams not Aldon. The problem is Aldon takes advantage, these guys are not up to now.

This we don't run 3/4 against spread. And yes let's try and fix a D that's been top 5 the last 3/4 years

You are so wrong on this!! Look at the Seachickens, they RUN A 4-3 and BY FAR HAVE THE BEST PASSSSSS DEFENSE and a VERY GOOD RUN DEFENSE!!

they have a legit / very good secondary so, they can do that...
