If they were going to make a change, I'd prefer they do it at the end of the season with a candidate completely outside the organization.

Who was also on the Soprano's. Come to think of it sometimes I wish Tony Soprano was the GM. Wouldn't have to worry about any lingering "problems" like Roman, Goodell, etc....
