GM, passing it 70 times, or however many it takes to move the D off the LOS is the answer. Running into a stacked box, even with kap, won't get it. Ds have figured us out, they have figured out kap, they have shut off our running game. BUT...they have opened up the lanes for passing, short , mid range and an occ bomb. Screens , slants, outs, delays, use it all. This is the problem tho, because romn thinks he has to mix in some runs...which is dead wrong. Not until the D backs off do you mix in runs. Runs are just gimmes to a stacked DL. We lose most of those. We win the passing game....if dubmazz can concentrate on continuing to use what works. But no, he sits Stevie who is having an all world game, he brings in Lloyd who has no business on this team, and goes away from what was perfect. Damn near perfect. Now why would an OC do that? Right, a good OC wouldn't. He would find a crack, a seam, that worked and then work it to death until the D finally moves out of the box. Then first time they do, we run frank right at them. But we DON'T do it when they remain in the damn box. Why cannot jim harbaugh and greg roman get that one basic football tenet, and then use it to death? WHY? probably because they are Peter principled, coaches who have risen to a level at which they no longer are successful.
We continue with this talent on this path and we lose 2 games for each one we win, we end up 5-10. That is pretty simple. And we better be throwing the ball every play, and have a game plan to do so, until those s.o.b.s move off the LOS.

Baalke has done a great job with this roster but this coaching staff does not know how to utilize them at the same time. They either go with the running game as the game plan or the passing game as the game plan. Maybe go with the read option for the game plan. Any coaching staff would love to have their chance at coaching this roster. This roster is not long term and this coaching staff is wasting time with it. They need to do whatever it takes to get this ship rolling right.

We should have won the last 3 Super Bowls is right! I couldn't agree more. It just pains me to think about it to muchOriginally posted by Kronos2560:I've "waited for next season" my entire life. Kinda sick of it at this point.
This team is should have won the last 3 superbowls, but didn't, and now I gotta wait for them to re-find their identity on offense?
I know a lot of the older folks on here know what it feels like to watch the niners win a championship, but the 49ers I grew up with starting at 7 years old (1998-present), we're either one-and-done playoff teams, or straight up losers.
So no, I have no interest in waiting until next year. I want results while my favorite players I grew up with are still around (Gore, Willis, Davis, Lee, etc.)
