The more I see things, the more I say that the coaching staff is changing their philosophy as it goes..
again, Kap had bad game vs Chicago, so the coaching staff set a game plan against the Cards were the focal point is Kap, Kap, and more Kap.. and trust me, had we won the game, the main topic here, outside, media, ESPN, Yahoo, Webcrawler, etc.. WOULDA been Kap.. while Kap did play well enough, it's just he alone, couldn't get us over the hump..
the refs surely didn't help, those 2 roughing the passer were BIG, Kap (IMO) just doesn't have that IT...
Kap is a great runner, no doubt, but he is not a great scrambler.. he looks like a the chicken that Rocky Balboa was chasing around..
and as far as throwing the ball deep, I've often say that as well.. we just do not send the WRs deep over the middle... i don't know why.. it seems like we're more worried about interception rather than hoping to get a Pass Interference.. man!!!!!! Boldin is never known for his speed, but Baltimore sent him deep about 2x against us in the Super Bowl...
And also, did we really keep the sorry Brandon Lloyd in order run a simple GO route, and slow down the growth of Ellington ang Patton???
