you do when one person is kinda responsible for it not being 3 straight sb's and at least 1 guaranteed ring from 5 yards away

No need to fire anyone when you go to 3 straight NFCCGs...
In a team sport with as many moving pieces as football, you can't conclusively conclude that a single coach is 100% culpable for our shortcomings. Teams win together, they lose together.
Don't agree at all. Coaches get fired all the time; position coaches. If you aren't getting it done with the outside backers or under-achieving with the tight-ends who are all-world, then you need to make some changes. Harbaugh is the closest thing to a players coach as you can get, and he knows the feeling all too well like it was yesterday when he lost his job. Its too close of a painful feeling that he doesn't want to place blame or burden on "his guys". He will take the fall for them and its hurting us.
Explain the terrible time management if you want to call it that. Whos accountable for that? What about replay coordinator? I want a Harbaugh that gets pissed at his team and holds them responsible but hes not going to.
Firing coaches now will not do anything
lets wait another couple years. Maybe clean house after willis is over the hill?
