Wow 50/50 at the time I voted. Neck and neck, as it should be. I'll go Baalke. Build a good roster and good coaches will want to come coach the team. It's not easy to get a GM that knows how to build for the now and for the future. Drafting, smart FA signings, shrewd trades. Baalke is that guy.

Baalke drafts the players with I am sure some input from the coaching staff but who gets the players to go to war , who gets the players to want to be scrappy every friggin Sunday. Who is in more demand a coach like Harbaugh or a GM like Baalke ? Besides I doubt if either one of them go anywhere and I am still pissed about Goodell Putin giving his almighty order for a 9 game suspension for Aldon Smith....that guy is killin me !

I think Harbaugh could be a decent GM and Balke couldn't coach at all. If I had to choose, Harbaugh.

Yep. Apart from some superb drafting, great FA work, assembling probably the strongest squad in the NFL, nada.
