If we have to make a decision at the end of the year. Who would you rather have?

I picked Harbaugh. It was tough however.
I think overall, a HC is more responsible to the success of a team than the GM.

Baalke. A coach is only as good as his players (more or less)

Oh god, this again? Hasn't this thread been made 10x already?
Their "strife" is some media fabrication. It's not an either/or with who stays.

Baalke has created the best roster in football. You would really have to try to f**k this team up.

I wouldn't want to lose either but i voted Harbs. Baalke is great but Scotty McG.. drafted good players and coaches like Sing and Nolan couldn't do anything with them. Harbs took the same team and turned them into 13-3??? He gets the most out of the players given to him. He did the same at Stanford as well.
Keep them both though.

Every team in the nfl has good players. there are only 4 or 5 great coaches. harbaugh could become an all time great at that. this question is not hard to answer. by by balke

And it's not true that we had a lot of talent around during the McG-era. Balmer anyone?

This had nothing to do with the media. It was a simple question.
