Thats what he gets for quitting on his team

He didn't quit. He retired.
there's a difference ?

He saw where the organization was going when they decided to hire Tomsula and found the first door out. He quit

Nah! Didn't go to another team Retired.

Which is quitting , done finito adios

If I'm understanding this correctly, all players quit and are quitters by your definition then. Some don't have the physical abilities, others the mental state to go through another season.
Willis says he's done with football. wants nothing to do with it. He's not going around saying he wishes he can play but can't

now my Definition of quitting is the same as the definition. There's players who quit and Players who keep playing till teams don't want them (Jerry Rice, TO)

If Willis truly is smart, and afraid to be poor again, he should come back and play... he has 2 more ALL PRO years left at the very least...

then he can be set for the rest of his life financially once again..

Theoretically even if this did happen, his contract only ran through the 2016 season, so he could play anywhere he wanted if he came out of retirement or would we still hold the rights to him?
