I'll start it off by saying Kap of course because even though he's not all the way polished yet, he's gonna get there. And we all know what it's like to be without at least a serviceable qb

I would extend Crabtree first and it wouldn't be close, because unlike kaepernick, Crabtree will sign elsewhere in free agency. I feel strongly that even if kaepernick tests the market he gains no added leverage. He wants to be here.

Alex Boone. He's been a great player, amazingly durable, and has no leverage so you can really get yourself a team favorable deal
