I'm looking for JH to take over play calling duties full time. No room for error in this division.

So this, 3 straight nfccg and nothing to show, while these bas**ds go to their 1st and win the whole thing. Not talking about the franchise as a whole but the Pete Carroll era.

i think its all part of the nfl's plan to have to SB contenders in the same division for a few years. makes those two match ups a year so much more important for fans to watch and gives exposure to the west coast so they can milk more money out of it. they gifted seattle a SB last year, this ones ours, let the dog fight commence

Have his anger and aggression on the sidelines transferred into the game plan. Maybe give the green light to fire Roman. Hire a professional time out caller and work on those god damned delay of games. Open up the passing game like they tried in the first couple games of the 2013 season (with Boldin as our only viable WR). Demoralize the Seahawks via Johnson vs Sherman. No final play of the season to Crabtree in the endzone. Dominate for the forseeable future- make the Seahawks a one hit wonder. Demoralize, dominate and destroy the Seahawks. Become one with Sensei John Kreese and sweep Sherman's leg.

Nice summary Phil.
My list to add to yours:
1)Have a coherent game plan that incorporates the passing game to set up our running game.
2)Listen to input primarily from Kap, then geep and roman, and then have JH make his own game plan.
3)Quit using WR#1 as favored WR, and spread the ball around to the other 3 WRs, early in first qtr. Then add in Vernon, Vance, Miller, and Frank as receivers in remaining qtrs. To concentrate on crabs or anquan just takes the surprise out of the pass for the D. We have to change that, get everyone involved in passing game, and especially work on kap to show no favorites
4).Alley opp pass to anquan on 3rd and must have it downs, also RZ passes. Anquan just killed us in SB with his alley oop passes. They were indefensible, by rights most catchable only by him (ie was really high and his hands were OOB.) Jeez we watched that movie, then acquired him, and then NEVER AGAIN used him in that manner. Disgraceful and shame on you Coach. That is a killer tool or app, and not to use it again would be foolhardy.
5) Like NCommand has said over and over,(others too) get a dam offensive philosophy. We are part run frank run, part WCO, part vertical game part let kap run it...but we have no cohesive O philosophy, nor does it seem any particular game plan every week. That has got to change. Our game plans each week, if we have any are either weak, or sometimes seem non existent.
6) Have JH call the O plays, but more importantly, have him call his own game plan each week after everyone else's input. Roman...time for demotion, or at least, don't let him call plays.
7)have JH and kap read Joe Montana's book on QBing. It would help them both.
8)Killer instinct. If we get up on somebody, eliminate them. don't let them hang around. Be aggressive all game and that means a passing game also when ahead by 14 or more.

the chance to compete for the conference crown and another deep run in the playoffs for the fourth year in a row would be a nice goal. not to many teams have done that as of late,, whatever happens after that is gravy. the super bowl or bust mentality went out in the 80's and 90's in my opinion with free agency and the transient nature of players going from team to team

nothing to show for?lol... we are a bonofide elite team in the nfl, spare me the "does not mean crap without a super bowl nonsense". you people really need to focus on your own team instead of whining and fretting so much about what seattle does in my opinion. if you can not be proud and pleased of this team, esp last year after they went through so much,, well i just do not know.
