Anybody know anything about the TE from USC that's getting a tryout? Name is Kevin Greene, so it kinda stuck out and I looked him up. Apparently he ran a 4.4 flat at his pro day and is 6'3'' 250. Looks like he's played both sides of the ball.

This doesn't mean squat. They're still bringing Lattimore along nice & easy. He tore 3 ligaments in the same knee for cryin' out loud.

Harbaugh said it's not related to Lattimore's knee. But that could be Harbaughism

Lattimore had been going full speed prior to the current camp. "The days that he was full speed, (he) looked very good," Harbaugh said. Harbaugh also said Lattimore was noticebly better than he was during the three-week window in which he was permitted to practice last season. "Again, he's improved to where he was the last time we saw him in those practices in the end of the season," Harbaugh said. "Yes, he's quick and faster."

That sounds like a day to day injury, not a knee issue.

I still think it would have been nice if the media could have seen him in action. Just so we get another perspective on whether he really is "quick" and "faster" heh. You always have to take everything Harbaugh says with a grain of salt because he doesn't like saying anything negative or providing details.
