Some nice touches for Ellington. With no clear cut #3 WR, it's nice he's back in the fold.

Like what I saw from him tonight. He has the short area quickness/burst that Patton lacks.

#3 is his for the taking!

Certainly won't be Patton.

His speed really jumps out. The 49ers have to find ways to get him some touches on offense.

i think we will when the time comes for it.
Get this kid the ball in space & he can make things happen. Loved the punt return that was called back he showed explosion & that burst that this team needs.

I am willing to be he is #3 by this Sunday. he is electric.

may have some competition when/if Simpson comes back.

Agree

And I also think he'll get a lot better w/more playing time.

Nothing improves a player than playing in games.

I really does,I know he was timed @4.45 40,but this kid seems to have an Extra gear when he needs it,maybe I`m wrong but it seemed to me on that kickoff that was called back,B ELL has long speed, the longer he ran the faster he got,one thing Baalkedid in the last 2 years is add some serious speed to the wideout position, with T Smith,Alabama,B Ell and Simp, and D Smelter has some speed also.....and when Busta A get healed up for next year He also has Speed.....keep building Trent,i like your drafting.

Patton will be gone when Simpson's suspension is lifted. Which will just add to the speed of the lineup.
