Although he had a rough rookie season, I wouldn't call Mike Davis trash. Had a couple of fumbles, but has shown a nice burst this preseason.

If he could stay healthy he could still be a factor on this team and offense but he just can't stay healthy. I've given up on him

That's why I'd bring him back where he starts as the 4th WR option so we're not counting on him... if healthy I could see him being used in a number of ways and would love to see him out of backfield in some packages.

As of now, this discussion is useless anyway. We are talking about filling the 90-man-roster that won't be filled with quality only.
Unless the FO thinks that he is a mismatch to the system, he should be on the 90-man roster.

He's gonna make the 75 EASILY. Said to be 100℅ healthy for months now. This dude is wicked talented. Maybe getting ready for his contract year will force the light on for him to do whatever necessary to stay healthy.
