Just watching these passes and it's clear Hyde isn't much of a natural reciever...

he is just garbage, get rid of him

We need to find a trade partner asap so we can get at least some sort of compensation for next year.

We all know damn well he isn't the answer nor the future i wouldnt want to be stuck with him another 4 or 5 years hes good as gone.

Nice high throw totally hydes fault...derp
Didn't have to spin 360 degrees in the wrong direction....good receivers know how to move their body in position to make that catch, at the very least always moving forward...he doesn't seem to have that ability to just adjust to a pass if it's not perfect.

We actually don't damn well know he's not the answer...we haven't even taken a real nfl season snap yet Jesus. When he's gotten his carries he's been productive, this OL has been f**king trash since he's been the #1 and his stats proven he's not the issue. Put zeke behind our current line and he's not leading the league in rushing yards that's for damn sure.

Haha oh okay he caught the ball high and turn to run up field he didn't do a 360 spin...horrible clip to try and prove a pt.

The tweet even said it was on the QB

Dump him for who? Williams who had one rush for one yard the other night? A UDFA? A old ass Hightower? Stop it

Brooks is also making over $6 million this yr (and would cost next to nothing to cut) and is 33...Hyde is in his rookie deal and is 25. It's not even remotely the same thing.

Also what you getting in a trade for someone that's gonna be a FA next yr? No one is giving you s**t for a one yr rental and no one is gonna tag him at $12 million next yr.... use your heads people

Give williams as many attempts as hyde he would have outran him i believe. The goal was to see what the vets, bibs and hightower could do... Breida and williams were never going to get many snaps to begin with

And yet Hyde as recieved 90% of the 1st team snaps in preseason/TC. He's the starter and if the line can block will be very affective.

Run blocking has been awful. There has not been one day where I've seen them perform at a decent level. I went to the open practice a few weeks ago, plus these two preseason games. The only time the o-line looked good was when they were going up against the 3rd string defense, and Breida gashed them a couple of times.

Williams is after this guys job. Not long.

Not sure how trading away your top RB helps things, especially when your OL isn't that great and he's the only one who has shown he can produce in the NFL despite poor OL play. I certainly don't believe that it is a foregone conclusion that he won't be back next year.

It depends how Williams looks. He puts in a good year then he slides into Hyde's spot, if Hyde becomes too expensive.

Phoenix loves him some Hyde lol. But the truth is, there is likely a 0% chance that Hyde is back next season. If they could get value for him now, i have no doubt they would pull the trigger. Will only be a couple of weeks before he chips a piece of that glass anyways.

We will do the smart thing which is maximize our usage and squeeze whatever we can get out of Hyde while he's under contract. We will not hesitate to replace him during the season either. If he plays well, then we will try to extend him on our terms knowing damn well that it won't be difficult to replace him and knowing that he only decided to get into great shape in a contract year. That alone is a big red flag. Gore didn't need that type of motivation.

I don't see the sense in getting rid of your best player on offense, especially when you don't have that much talent to start with in the first place. No guarantee that Williams is able to perform at a high level with a shoddy OL, yet we saw Hyde do just that last season.
