only reason Hyde got stopped there was cuz he ran into 68's fat ass. Otherwise he would have lit up Borland on that play

I'm sure a lot of us here have played football at one level or another so we all know the lower person wins. It's technique drilled into our heads no doubt. Which is why Borland has the advantage in this situation. It is much harder for Hyde to get lower than Borland than it is for Borland to get lower than Hyde. Yes there is a big weight difference but football is just as much about technique as it is strength. I'm glad they are both on the 49ers

Borland is probably just a beast, i think he may beat out Wilhoite. T-Rex's were known for strength.

I think being short helps Borland. Low center of gravity. RBs don't see him till he's popping them in the mouth.
