What is the latest on Culliver and his arrest? did he reach a plea agreement or is he still wating for his case to brought to trial? we are running thin at cornerback and I'm wondering if there's a possible suspension down the road...

Cox was acquitted of the charges against him.
I do not think that he has screwed up in the last two or three years.

thank you. I knew nothing about the Cook case and his acquittal.
"The Vikings initially suspended Cook after his arrest. While they later reinstated him to the active roster, they also told him to stay away from the team while the court process played out."
By the way, the Broncos did not wait for the legal process to finish.
"The Denver Broncos waived Perrish Cox on Saturday, cutting ties with the cornerback who is facing a sexual assault trial later this year."

I didn't even knoe Cook and a domestic violence case. I knew he got arrested for showing a firearm during an argument but was found not guilty of that.

If he can stay on the field then yes. This is one of Baalke's babies so there will be a significant push to keep him.

Why would we we pay Culliver more than we paid Brock who's our #1...4 years, $16M.

And this is exactly why you DON'T punish someone until due process is complete.

I agree with you about the 49ers not giving him more than Brock. I'm not sure who's number 1, but I doubt Culliver would get that much more than Brock, if he gets more than Brock at all. That could create a problem, similar to Arizona when they gave Larry Fitzgerald a monster contract and said bye bye to Anquan Boldin.
