NFL-49er Rule Changes!

The no fun league also banned dunking the goal post, I hate Goodell.
Better late than never, and it certainly beats the Tuck Rule being abolished over a decade after the game.
How about a rule change to enforce the 1 chuck in the 1st 5 yards rule instead of 1 mugging.

How about a rule change that if your stadium is so loud opposing teams have to wear ear plugs on offense they have to put sound absorbing panels in to reduce the noise factor instead of purposefully designing the stadium to increase noise.
All replays need to be done in the booth like it is in college. It makes the process much shorter and efficient. They need to stop with having the referees run over to the sidelines to determine the call.
Im positive one these rule changes will come back to hurt us in some way.

Only reason it was banned was because Jimmy Graham broke the goal post last season againt the Falcons and causing a delay in the game. It was never a problem until that point.

That's not the Bowman rule. The Bowman rule is the ability to challenge a ball recovered in the field of play

you can

except when they say forward progress was stopped or blew the whistle too soon
this is what needs to change

You can challenge the act of fumbling the ball not who recovered the fumble.

If the refs deem the ball was fumbled but team X recovered the ball then team Y has no grounds for challenge other than the act of the fumble.
What about the Brees rule?

"Players must remove their tampons before stepping onto the field of play. This rule is reviewable."

I was going to say but these guys are going to break goalposts.
Thanks.

Hope they get the Bowman issue settled for real.
what about reviewing unnecessary roughness penalties?

The only rule that really matters, in the end (as to winning SBs) = 13th man rules...

Is the 13th man gonna quit effing with us or will they still have a hard on and ultimately **** us when it matters most (big games/playoffs/SB)!?
Did they change it so you can have 49 active on game day instead of 46? Would really help having 3 extra guys active and would mean guys that are buried on the depth chart could still contribute. Example: 5th/6th WR or CB, 4th RB, 8/9th DL/OL, etc
