Polian graded Bethea an "A" while he gave Whitner a "B-"...for what that's worth.

This was a great pick up for us
Bethea is a thumper, a leader, and durable

Great fit for our defense, and he will compliment Reid better than Whitner.
I'm sorry, Whiter may have stopped the run and covered the flats well. But that blown play in the NFC championship game that gave Seattle the lead was on him.
Kearse should not have been open, Bethea won't let that happen.
