"If a professional football team is calling up half its practice squad in December..........you might just be in trouble."
haha

Lets hope he "balls" it up.
On the other hand, Jerod-Eddie has prototypical size for a 3-4 DE so it'll be interesting to see if he gets into the game.
for anyong having a panic attack that this means something about justin's chance to return, this is from maiocco latest blog he just tweeted

"Receivers Chad Hall and Ricardo Lockette will remain on the practice squad. The 49ersdetermined there was no reason to promote either player because they would not suit up with the49ers already set to go with Michael Crabtree, Randy Moss, A.J. Jenkins and Ted Ginn at wide receiver."

Tony Jerod-Eddie:

HC: "Nooo! QB sacks."

On paper he seems like a good potential 3-4 DE who can also play inside if needed in 4 man fronts,
SEC guy who played in a 3-4, great size at 6'5 300+

But ive read he plays lazy, with not much of a motor, hopefully he has changed that after 9 months with the Niner coaches

if anything he can make sure the offenses we face wont have any offspring

More versatile version of Kentwan Balmer.
