I Have a 49ers Free Agency Question Please help me Guys, TIA

Now that Boldin and Tarell Brown are free Agents, Are the 49ers Allowed to sign them Today instantly or do the 49ers HAVE to wait til March 11th to sign them since they are their own free Agents?

Two notable scheduled free agents who are most likely to re-sign with the 49ers before the start of free agency are wide receiver Anquan Boldin and kicker Phil Dawson.

Based upon this article I would say yes, we can sign our free agents between now and the start of free agency.
That long list of potential free-agent receivers may eventually have at least one less name on it.

Phil Dawson was the offensive MVP this year IMO. He was an oasis of consistency in an offensive desert of misfires, quirky formations and mysterious playcalling.
