What do those red dots below a person's screen name mean? A HoFer should have all red dots filled up, member for 5+ years, average daily post count above 3, and banned less than 3 times.

Banned less than three times? You are joking I trust.
By the way average daily post count is irrelevant. It's the content that matters.

I wasn't joking about the banned less than 3 times. Maybe it should be more? Just that a HoFer wouldn't get banned so many times, is my point.
What do the red dots located below the handle mean? Thanks.

Why should someone who has been banned be considered for a HoF?
The numbers relate to the post count. Details are in the FAQ.

Oh so you are implying that anyone that has been banned/suspended just once is disqualified from the HoF tag. I'll check the faq.

I think I said banned when I meant suspended, since ban is permanent.

I think we are at cross purposes here. I am saying post count is not a factor and that quality of posts is what is important. Are you really saying that people come here to read 3,000 posts saying "meh" or "ok" or "hey dude"?
No. People come here for the quality postings in NT and the DWR, the humour and interchange and personal interest in the Lot. The quality of the posts.

Don't have a problem with suspensions. But people have come back from being banned. However, the fact that they were banned needs to be taken into account and weigh heavily. IMO.
