So that's 19 players, that are either starters or major contributors / future contributors to our team, found in the last three years.

Bingo. Not including whoever they bring in with the 12 picks this year. Trent Baalke has dominated the off season since being here. Not all of these players will pan out, but he is stock piling, and creating competition annually.

This. Combine my post and BrianGO's post, remove duplicates and you see that there are 20-25 players that are on this team or were integral for their role that Baalke/Harbaugh have brought in.

......excluding Kaepernick, Aldon, Reid and Bold you still have.

Chris Culliver pretty much our best DB since 2011, at minimum he is 1a or 1b with Tarell Brown being the other.
Kendall Hunter, a real solid #2 RB on every team in the league. Could start for teams like the Jags, Rams, and a few others
Bruce Miller, a pro bowl FB converted from DE.

2012 was whiff for us schematically but LMJ is talented. You asked what talent we've added.

Free agency.

Jonathan Goodwin,
Donte Whitner,
Glenn Dorsey,
Dan Skuta,

We've also hit well on the kickers with Akers and Dawson. Akers' injury just caused the wheels to fall off for him last year.

Then we've got fringe players that have played great when called on in...

Larry Grant, no longer on the team but played admirably.
Michael Wilhoite, same and he actually is a keeper compared to Grant
Ian Williams, earned the starting job and caused the FO to send RJF and Sopoaga packing
Tony Jerod-Eddie, played well as a rotational guy

Too soon to tell....
Lemonier and Patton.

Yea sure the core of this roster was built several years ago but 2010 was a Baalke draft and he hit home runs Iupati, Anthony Davis, Navarrow MF Bowman!

18 players with the only players not still on the roster being Akers and Grant.

Outside of the few players you named there are 16 players or nearly 1/3 the roster directly to Baalke/Harbaugh. 5 of them are pro bowlers, the rest are starters, or key backups that would start on every other team in the league.

According to this article Mike Singletary can be credited with drafting Bowman, Davis, Iupati.

Those three are probably correct to credit to the other administration.

This is exactly it. Nolan would make a Good GM with Harbaugh the Headcoach. I give Baalke 4 nice picks, (Bowman,Aldon,Kap and Reid)
Dont get why people think Chris Culliver was such a great draft pick.

He is one of the major reasons the Niners lost to the Ravens in the SB.

First his dumb remark about gay people before the game and then he gets torched by Boldin in the SB.

Boldin probably still burns him in practice.

Boldin probably does burn the injured guy in practice.

He had a bad game in the super bowl but had a solid season before that.
The key is Hitting on 1st rounders, 2nd rounders, 3rd rounders and 4th rounder. Also signing mid tier free agents. We have done that as has Seattle and Denver and the Patriots. Hence the Final Four teams this season.
Interesting fact:

Chris Culliver picked by San Francisco 49ers in third round of 2011 draft

Richard Sherman drafted by Seattle Seahawks in fifth round of 2011 draft

I mentioned that last week. Where the Phuck was Harbaugh during that draft??? And even Doug Baldwin was in Harbaugh's LAP and they found a way to miss BOTH!!!!!?????? I do like Cully BUT Sherman has turned into the better Pro so far. Baldwin has produced as much as any 49er WR this post season wow an UNDRAFTED STREET FA???? Who is the Seachicken scouts??
Lattimore could be an Adrian Peterson type player if fully healthy
Dorsey should be extended. He played well this year at nose. Very well.

Harbaugh wanted Baldwin, the 49ers however basically let John Morton pick his guy out of USC since he vouched for him.

Sherman was never going to end up with the 49ers, not with the reported issues between him and Harbaugh, I also doubt he'd be even close to the same player with the way the 49ers cornerback's play.
