Good article. I'm excited about the 2nd year development and impact from our 2013 draft class.

man i love how lattimore runs. down hill, with those little cuts. he is going to be sick in our offense if he is anything like he was pre injury

Both players are 1st round talent. We stole these two and we're afforded this luxury with the depth of our roster. Baalke playing chess, 3 moves ahead, thinking about the 2015 season in 2012.
Lattimore reminds me of Tony Dorsett. Graceful runner with great patience. Lattimore a little heavier than Dorsett but that's function of size changes across their respective generations.

Geeze Lattimores legs wont stop love how he hits the defender and then spins around him almost everytime never seen anything like it, and the idea that tank can be stronger than cowboy

Not looking forward to Lattimore running off tackle against 10 defenders stacked.
10 men in the box? That should make for some tasty bombs from Kap with only 2-3 DBs on the play.

you mean Kap.
not being a hater, but our RB's we used more often in the passing game prior to Kap.

I suppose this is the silver lining the dark cloud. I really am looking forward to seeing both of them next year as well as expanding on the what the defense and offense can do with their talents. We are really going to have an eclectic group of running backs and I'd like the 49ers to get more creative in how they attack teams. Hit slower defenses with more Hunter and James to break off the long runs. Use more Gore and Lattimore to wear on defenses, hold the ball, maintain a lead, etc.

Highly doubtful.
but that's because Kap lacks proper touch, not bcuz the oline cant block

im not sold on Carradine playing inside, it seems it has natural ability as a pass rusher. maybe he needs to work on his bull rush...
