Amazingly no one in the national media is picking up that story. They are too busy writing puff pieces about how he's misunderstood and everyone who hated his rant is ignorant and are the problem. Its just amazing that the media wouldn't just call it like it is, he was being an a*****e and a horrible winner. That's the thing people hated!!! Not his race, not his backstory, they hate him being a gigantic dick and showing poor sportsmanship.

Don't wish harm or death on anyone on this forum. It is not acceptable. Street cred upped.

Eh, whatever. Both of them were probably jawing all game.

I don't see either of them in the wrong, Sherman came to say hell of a game genuinely and tried to clear up the "beef" they had. Crabtree was obviously pissed and wasn't in the mood to shake the person's hand who just ended his season. I agree Sherman should've waited until they met at the end of the game to attempt the handshake, would've give Crabtree time to calm down and this wouldn't even be a story right now.

Niner fans would be flipping this just as much the other way if Sherman was on our team, and would probably be all of our favorite players. Even though he is a pretty big a*****e, sometimes you just need that type of player on your team, and I sure as hell hate that he's on the Seahawks.

+10000
Niners should trade for Trent Williams.

I guarantee our Sherman problems will be over.
No NFL owner will pay this guy a top cornerback contract that he will be seeking. That is all

yes someone will. he is immature, but he is not ever been a off the field problem in terms of getting arrested or anything like that. he has an attitude problem that he can reign in. its like saying no nfl owner would give aldon smith or josh gordon a long term high money deal because of their off the field issues. someone will pay all 3 of these guys.

Seattle will. Then we can watch as the team is dismantled through FA because he and Harvin will have unbelievably bloated numbers.

they've got some decisions, but i dont think its as bad as some people think it will be. they can get out from zach millers and sidney rice's massive cap numbers. rice likely will be cut, they're in the sb without any big production from him and miller can be re-structured. an under rated part is they're now a place people will take less to go to, or take a pay cut to stay there.

Way to be a downer!

I'm still hoping that all of these late-round draft picks who keep miraculously panning out for them with no explanation at all (certainly not the result of any assistance from substances) will clean them out or walk. Plus, that secondary is going to cost a fortune to keep together.

they'll lose some guys based off of exposure in the super bowl. guys like tate, thurmond, bennett who will all be FA's could be tough to keep. those expecting guys like sherman and thomas to have too much of a high price to stay will be disappointed i believe.

If he had kept his cool and not been an uber-douche after his great play...I think he could have had that.

Seattle isn't going to break the bank for him. They have other key players to sign.
Yall tripping thinking he's not gonna get paid. I've never seen a shut down CB not get paid. He opened his mouth so he can get paid. Look how much popularity he's been getting. He's the star of the show now. His jersey sales have went way up since that game. He's gonna get commercials and endorsements deals as well. Dude is smart and is just playing the fans and media. He's gonna break the bank big time. Every team in this league would sign him up if they could afford him. These coaches, gm's, and owners have delt with personlailties like this for years.
