I would love to see him get healthy this offseason and get back in shape and flash that talent. I just don't think he ever was in real great game shape

Hell yes he is! He put up better numbers than Brock did last year (as a reference).
Marcus Cooper? I think you should look again. Dude played great in the first half, but got absolutely shredded the entire second half of the season.
Yeah peyton made cooper look like a JUCO CB at best.
Go look up the stats. Even better than our #1 CB in Brock. But yes, he did have some standard rookie-games (and which CB doesn't get abused by Manning?). He also made some critical INT's and forced fumbles in the 4Q of games as well to seal things. Not bad for a 7th rounder...lots of upside. This second year will be the tell-tale year though.

"immediately after signing, Wright was placed on the bottom of the depth chart." Apparently, Wright wasn't completely out of Harbaugh's dog house yet.

Glad he's returning.
Injuries are a way of life in NFL and we certainly have had enough.

Not really a surprise. They cut Cox towards the end of last season and only brought him back when Rogers got hurt.

i'll give him the benefit of the doubt with his injuries last year. but if he doesn't perform in the first 4-6 games, he needs to be replaced.

What do you mean replaced? We will probably draft a CB or 2 and sign another one. Wright might not even play much.

I just looked up his combine numbers again and realized he actually ran a 4.36 with a 1.48 10 yard dash
