Man this has got me on edge... how do i sleep; not that i will cause i have a 1 year old, but If i were a betting man, they have to have the edge simply cause of the home field advantage-- I'm fine with that.
These two teams are the most evenly matched I've seen in a long time and we just have to play our game; take the crowd out (personally would love to see us on defense first and have them go 3 in out and start out with short field), but we shall see!
C'mon Niners- avenge yourself in this dreaded stadium and put to rest the 12th man!

Most of them have gone on to say that if it were a neutral site, the Niners win. I think it is great that is the justification.
It is going to be a very tall task, but I would love to shock the world!
I know Teddy Bruschi, and Antonio Pierce picked us, because we're road warriors! Pierce being on that Giants team that got hot at the right time, and won it all on the road.

I swear, you can't make this stuff up!!! Shecawk fan just posted at .NUT:
Sunday is the last chance we will have this season to cement our legacy for this unbelievable season for the 12th man. Many season ticket holders probably know this, but it seems like there are quite a few people attending the playoff games that are new. Please pay attention to this crucial point:If Seahawks will be receiving the ball to start the game after the coin toss, that of course means that the 49ers will start with the ball in the second half. There is literally nothing better than when the Seahawks win the toss and are able to defer and start the game on defense. The stadium is at a fever pitch right after the 12th man flag is raised and the kickoff. It is a seamless transition into screaming the opponents into a quick 3 and out. HOWEVER, it doesn't always work that way, and the 49ers may end up starting the second half on offense. If that happens, PLEASE be back to your seat for the start of the second half and ready to get loud. Often, the stadium is damn near 1/3 or 1/2 empty at the start of the second half and it is QUIET. This is not a big deal in most games, and totally acceptable when the Seahawks get the ball on offense first in the second half. But not this game. If the Seahawks are on D to start the second half, you better believe it is far more important that you are back to your seat and ready to rock.Preventing a fast start for the 49ers offense in the second half is far more important than getting another beer or a Marshawn burger or taking a piss. HELP YOUR TEAM! Again...if Seahawks start the game on D? Great, no problem, enjoy waiting in line forever at halftime. So please pay attention. Thanks!!

Sure - Seattle has no superbowl wins, no argument there. But neither does Kaep or Harbag.
Not sure what you mean
Was he referring to Baltimore there? The Ravens have credibility?
Did they win the SB last year? According to the chest thumping in this thread that does give credibility.....
Well as long as we're throwing past accomplishments out the window and dwelling on the here and now, can you douches PLEASE STFU about 42-13 and 29-3? It's all irrelevant agreed?
kthanx.
Absolutely - and then you can STFU about Seattle never having won a superbowl...it's also irrelevant.
Except we have a trophy case full of tangible evidence, you have words...I mean I guess you can look up the scores in an Almanac, take solace in that.
Now you can STFU
Well then, based on that I don't have to STFU about the Hawks PWNing the 49ers at home the past 2 games.

Well, to be fair, on the scale of relevance, I think 5-1 in Super Bowls is just a tad more relevant than a couple of convincing regular season wins.

What do you think the general tone around Seattle is going to be Monday morning if the Niners actually do pull this off up there? Will there be extra security posted at the Space Needle for jumpers? Will all the Starbucks around town close for the day? Will someone powerwash the wall of gum? Everyone has jacked themselves up so much up there, it seems like a loss at this point would be devastating.

Lets see - how many 49ers players are on THIS team that won those superbowls....ZERO
Now, how many 49ers players are on THIS team that lost to Seattle up at the CLink - quite a few.
Relevance my friend....

That should win the game... i've been saying 21 throughout the playoffs; hitting that or above should do it w/ these defenses. hope we are north of that number

Yup, we need to get opening TD's not field goals if we want to hold the trophy in Feb.

Sounds like Harvin is doubtful to be cleared.
