we didn't do a good job of that the last two games.
Our D is giving up huge "chunk" plays the last few weeks. Palmer was just standing back there all day.
not sure if by design. Felt like I saw a lot less of Smith and Mcdonald in past two weeks
also doesnt help when the opposing teams passes it 50 times a game
Don't know what has happened to the pass rush other than it's disappeared. Ryan and Palmer threw a combined 100 passes for 750+ yards, Niners got a grand total of 2 sacks and rarely generated any kind of pressure. I'd like to know how things will improve when the next QB up is Rodgers.

We got this.
Rogers is dangerous he is capable of putting up numbers at any given time with all his weapons , Nelson, Cobb, lacy. They got weapons
They have had weapons every year. And arguably more dangerous weapons in previous seasons. The only difference is they can run the ball with Lacy. I think it will be more on what we do. Rodgers is a Superman QB, but the 49ers are his kryptonite.
If we bring our A game and they bring theirs, we should win by 7-10 points.

As of today, the forecast in Green Bay shows a high of 34 with a chance of snow. Not horrible.

I hate the Packers. Obviously, I think this will be a very difficult game. You know Rodgers will get the ball out quickly. He always does. Our CBs are the weak link on this defense. I don't like our chances.I'll tell you what's going to happen. Our offense will struggle to move the ball. They will make a TD on their first possession. Kap will have all kinds of trouble getting plays going. Roman will get stubborn and keep trying to run the ball, setting up long third downs. There's no way they win this. 49ers by 5.

Hopefully our Pass Rush decides to come back from vacation for the playoffs. Because it sure didn't show up the past two weeks.

This is how last season in the playoffs were too. This is why the defense needs more of a rotation. I think guys are just wearing down.

Yup Ray Mac has been M.I.A. And Aldon Smith has been slow getting back.

As some people have stated here, if Ryan and Palmer can shred our defense due to lack of a pass rush, I would hate to see what Aaron Rogers can do. We will go as far as our pass rush takes us.
