Getting "shredded" is an overstatement when a QB has to throw it 50 times to get to 400+. Peyton going for 266 and 4 tds on 26 passes or Brees going for 381 on 30 passes is shredding. The defense only gave up 7 points in the first half and when you consider the fact the run game was s**t we didn't provide anything in terms of clock control and keeping them of the field.

Live near Chicago. Didn't have a choice. Gb' Run contain on the edge is horrible. Forte had huge running lanes. GB can't stop our run like week 1.
cool, then I will only think of you as facestabber and not a back stabber

My only concern is that without a blitz we did not get pressure the last two weeks against two average offensive lines. This week we play a much better offensive line with a much more athletic quarterback and if we do not get pressure it could be a problem.

For argument sake, I'll say he's going to shred our stout / solid defense for 12,000 yards...
We'll shred their sorry azz defense for 1,000,000 yards... we go on to the next game while they stay home and eat Cheez Whiz and crackers

I don't know why, but I'm slightly nervous about this game. On one-hand, we've had their number as of late. On the other, how many times can Rogers be denied? He's probably in the film room as we speak. I'm not saying I think we'll lose, but I know they will be highly motivated to beat us in their house in the playoffs.

matthews is out so no more dirty hits on kap outside this time. rodgers will toss a couple INTS to brock and Gore will s**t on their defense. not worried at all

They better have a better looking pass rush or Rogers will pick them apart...what happened to the pressure?

Palmer missed wide open receivers a handful of times. If he'd completed those it could have been a different game. Can't expect Rodgers to do the same.
I'm not going to sit here and deny the fact that the 49ers secondary has not looked great the last 2 games. Is it the lack of pass rush? Is it the play calling when we're ahead? Not sure.
Aside from Carolina and Seattle there is no team in the playoffs right now that compares to Arizona's D. So other than the vanilla play calling after the 17-0 lead it's hard for me to jump all over the offense. I thought they did pretty well considering.

This is getting so fckng old!
And because they won the NFC North over those fckng Bears (because they had to suck in the final two weeks of the season), we have to play them again next season.
What's this? A gddmn annual affair with the FudgePackers?

You had to listen to Joe Buck for 3 hours? No wonder you are a facestabber

You should make a thread that chronicles every Niners/Packers game ever played, and each teams full roster.
