Lane Kiffin would actually be an upgrade on Roman.
Norvy?
Shannahan in the back of his head he knows hes a horrible head coach and better OC but his massive ego will never let him admit tt, I don't see any team smart enough to bring him in as head coach so why not come to the Niners a contender and be a OC.
Mike Shanahan, but he will never undertake OC job. Geep Chryst will be promoted in that case, I don't like it though.

to use the playbook we have just differently

we have
a power run team
a progression passing team
an ar route team
an edge rushing team
a pistol team
a read option

all in one

so keep the playbook
just different play calls

Exactly. I like the playbook, but we need someone who can feel the flow of a football game.
Nervous nervous would be a one stopper, looking for a HC gig the entire time here, just like last time. Fooey.

shanny, good choice, same as above.

Lane kiffin, no thanks,

Gruden, yes , but no way.

As noted above, I like in house, escpecially tom rathman.

If he would take it I would love whisenhunt, but he actually is a born HC.

But first, roman would have to go.

If he's not still the OC for the Chargers next season it will be because he got another HC job.
Promoted somebody thats already inside the club. Everything will still be the same as long as Harbs in here.

This, whisenhunt will get another chance as a hc
