For me it was simple. The last game in Seattle we did it to ourselves. Blown plays on our part but fixable. The one thing that Seattle has forgotten is we have proven that we can get to the big dance. They really haven't yet.

Losing to Carolina and the Saints really really was on us. It is a shame the way we played in those games. BUT we were not blown out like many thought.
