Jim Harbaugh's Loyalty Towards His Coordinators

The only coordinator who needs to go is Roman. We need a coordinator that design an offense around Kap's strengths and eventually teach him how to read defenses better.

Kap is drinking his own Kool-Aid right now....and getting served slice after slice of humble pie.

But the current situation is not all his fault...we need a coordinator that will put together an offense that makes it easy for Kap to make plays...

We probably should have invested in another veteran wide receiver or two, but hindsight is 20-20.

Kaep's first full season as QB has been a little underwhelming. You going to blame a coordinator for that?

We lost our best pass rusher to substance abuse problems and he still doesn't look to be quite all the way back yet. You gonna blame a coordinator for that?

Face it -- the breaks are not rolling our way this year. It's not the fault of our coordinators.

It is what it is.

yes i completely blame our coordinator who runs gadget plays every 1st down to put us in 2nd and long? or a predetermined run the other team knows is coming and to which side or refuses to call a f**king screen not 1

every single team rushes us without fear of a screen

every single one

every one

and he STILL hasn't adjusted and we have 2 capable backs that can...

again in a close game abandoned the run

its just inexcusable

Get serious. Playing Carradine smacks of desperation.

It's not like I'm saying they should start or get a majority of the snaps. But what would be so bad about working them in the rotation at least?

Especially when we witnessed that playing our starters the largest percentage of snaps in the league just resulted in being gassed or playing injured. Besides, I thought the staff themselves said that keeping guys fresh was going to be a point of emphasis this time around....
i think it would b one of the worst moves in nfl history to get rid of vic fangio...there is only one problem with the team...THE PASSING GAME what sucks is that is the most important part of an nfl team

K.I.S.S

No, let's read option as our base offense.

This
We need a change...we come out of the chute cold almost every game unless we play substandard opponents. If we could get 3 or 7 to start our defense would be able to take the game over instead we're grasping at straws to hope for a stop to close out the game against good opponents. Losing to SEA, CAR, NO does not bode well for the playoffs this year (if we make it) unless Crabtree comes back gangbusters style in a week or 2. I don't know if we need to lets heads roll, but change has to be happening and Mangini's head is squarely on the block if he thought those 2 challenges were a good idea today.

Now that he is playing chitty consistently, the endorsement offers will dry up and maybe he can stop buying into his own hype and really get serious about developing as an NFL QB.

dude mangini is a glorified assistant that reviews film for Harbaugh. The fact that Harbaugh even talked to him before those challenges is ridiculous. Firing Mangini wont fix this offense.

We reeled off a 5 game winner playing terrible ball against terrible opponents and the second we faced a quality team we got our a**es handed to us because we were still playing terrible ball.

I don't care how terrible the Falcons, Redskins and Buccs are; we could seriously seriously finish this year 9-7 or 8-8 -- finishing 10-6 will be a minor miracle. If we don't stay in Youngstown this week we will have to fly all the way across the country to SF, then back to DC, then back to SF to face the Rams and Seattle, then it is back to Tampa to face the Bucs then all the way back to SF to face Atlanta.

Counting tonight we may have 5 cross country flights in 5 weeks. Our team is going to be gassed.

You can put Peyton Manning in a sh*tty play call and still get a sack....

It IS the coordinator, that much is clear. This game should of never been close, our defense rose to the occasion and if we had a respectable offensive scheme we would be rejoicing in Brees tears.

Amen yes yes
Jim needs to do like his brother and cut ties with his OC no matter how hard it is on him. John did and it helped their O, wonder if the same would happen for us.
