Roman has failed against elite teams so now our HC needs to become our OC also. Then there is no confusion as to who called what or why. Harbaugh is smart enough to see what works and what doesn't against the elites. Roman isn't.

What makes everyone so sure that Harbaugh can call an offense? Because he played QB in the NFL?

Tell Mangini to go and sweep up, empty the trash in the offices maybe he can help there.

time to fire Mangini

Please. f**k Mangini, and yes fire him, BUT, Harbaugh sucks at challenges and always has. He is the f**king head coach, time to take responsibility for his short comings and get them corrected. That s**t is on Harbaugh, i dont give a f**k who he "consulted".
Hopefully his role tomorrow is former offensive consultant for the san francisco 49ers.

Im starting to beleive he may be all talk and emotion, and no real substance. I love the guy, but it is his responsibility to fix this BS. If he doesnt get this fixed soon the rats are gonna leave the sinking ship

Players are going to tune him out, you can already see the body language of players on offense, they look defeated as soon as they get out there, no swagger at all, meanwhile you know this has to be draining on the defense, they are busting their asses, making plays, only to be let down time and time again.

He's built up a bank of credits due to the success this team has had over the first two seasons but he's withdrawing from that bank at a rapid pace right now.

And whats worse, is the defense is doing it with what should have been more significant injury losses IMO. Crabtree and manningham hurt, but they had plenty of time to address those losses. Williams, Aldon, etc, not so much. Sure the depth is better on Defense, but it was f**king retarded the approach they took to the offense this entire off season and season.

If they truly had an opportunity to acquire Gordon for a 2nd rounder and neglected to do so, there's no guarantee that they did, but if they did and didn't pull the trigger, then Baalke certainly deserves a lot of blame as well.

f**k that noise, they should have given them whatever the f**k they wanted. A first and a third even. Whatever. Atleast then Kap would have that one read deep threat that this offense game plan seems to desire so greatly.

But even way before then they f**ked up by not bringing in, or looking into, any legit options at WR. Relying on Crabtree to come back was always f**king retarded, and manningham was never better than a third WR option.

But yes, while Baalkie has been insanely god at acquiring Defensive talent, he has struggled with the offense IMO.
