Detroit (6-3) could end up winning their division because of the injuries to Green Bay (5-4) and Chicago's (5-4) quarterbacks, but really it's still up in the air. Either Dallas (5-5) or Philly (5-5) will win the east. Obviously, 4 division winners are in and the two teams with the best record outside the division winners are in. Everyone else is out. If we lose to BOTH New Orleans and Seattle, we are in serious trouble of missing the playoffs, folks. Bottom line is if this offense doesn't turn it around, and fast, we're out.
We can lose to both those teams and beat the rest and finish 11-5. That will get us in along with Carolina for the wildcards.

If we are to get to the #6 seed, then it would be 3 road games to reach the SB. I don't know if this year's 49ers, and with this offense...well, time will tell.
I feel we play just as good on the road as home...maybe even better. Not sure why

Niners will be lucky to make a wild card. You got da bears, lions, panthers, saints, packers, cardinals all in the mix. San Francisco has proven they have no offense.

A week ago I was voting in a thread asking if we would finish 14-2.
Now, we're not going to make the playoffs. LOL at everyone one who thinks the sky is falling.

sunday made some of us wake up and realize we are unable to be teams with a winning record. we saw that for the third time the same things which cause us to lose games continues. we have seen the coaches are doing nothing to fix those areas,, otherwise they would be fixed by now. we , and rightly so, in my opinion saw our coaches have two weeks to game plan for a good team, and got two key guys back,,,,,, yet went out there and were a disgrace

Every time we abandon the run, we lose the game. Run the ball the whole game. Throw in a couple play action passes to mix it up and we would likely be 8-1. Abandoning the run game when it was working against the Colts and Panthers was mind numbingly frustrating to see.

+1. This has got to be the most neurotic fan base ever. After the 2 early losses, all doom and gloom. The 5 game winning streak had everyone dreaming of a 14-2 record and winning the #1 seed. Now one loss and it's all over again.
