Just watched the Saints-Cowboys game and the Saints offense totally manhandled the Cowboys defense. Brees nearly 400 yards and the running game amassed over 200 yards.
Well we have them next and while the offense is trying to figure themselves out, what advice do you give the defense as they prepare against such a juggernaut?
I say whatever they do, don't blow any assignments because the Saints will take advantage of it.
Hopefully, Eric Reid and RMac both play next week.

I think we should email Harbaugh to make sure he tells the defensive players to not blow any assignments because the Saints are damned good on offense. Oh.. and dont miss tackles and cover their receivers closely.

I would suggest that the defense score at least 3 TD's

Even if the niners d completely shuts down the Saints, they will score 10 points. Kap is the one of the worst qbs in the league at this point and he won't even score that much if he keeps playing like he has.

Omg who cares. Score 21 points to start with.
Seriously who's worried about the defense?

If the offense does not get it going, our defense will tire down because they will be on the field longer then they are supposed to, and Brees will eat us up.

LOL This. The Niners need to worry about the offense way more than they do the defense

Craig Dahl starting at safety if Reid can't play IS NOT, AND SHOULD NOT, BE THE ONLY OPTION

Saints D are better this year than last year. But, the 49ers can take them out. The way to beat the Saints is the same as last year. Must get pressure without blitzing. It will be tough to do but been done before. Then Kaep needs to run his-butt off. Run kaep, run!!

If today is any indication, we're going to get steamrolled. I'm sure our defense will come out ready to play, but if the offense continue to stink up the joint, they will break at some point.
We need to be able to get pressure with a 4-man rush, particularly up the middle to prevent Brees from stepping up into the pocket.

As a Hawk fan, I will be watching your game closely to see what the hell can be done to stop that Saints Offense.
