no other x niner feels they have to always run their mouth like he does. here is a news flash to all the thin skinned people. You can love rice for what he did for us and say he is the top niner of all time but you can still wish , as an ex player who does not coach or advise the team,,,,, he would just keep his opinions to himself like 99 per cent of x niners are doing. he always has to keep himself in the spotlight

49ers were down 13-7 at the end of the 3rd quarter. The offense spotted Indy some big turnovers in the 4th and the defense couldn't hold up anymore. I blame it on Roman and getting away from the running game which had been incredibly effective. So yeah, the game was far closer than the final score indicated.

Ass kicking in the 4th then.... it's still an ass kick'n by Indy. Kinda like a fight. Takes a few punches initially, but then you get your ass kicked.

Yeah we ran 4 times in the second half. That's just asinine considering we have a top 5 run game in the league and our lone scoring drive featured the run. And on that drive, we carved them up like a jack-o-lantern (Happy Halloween!).

49ers had better success against Andrew Luck then Seattle did. He had no passing touchdowns and the receivers didn't have any huge plays like that backbreaking 70+ yard reception by TY Hilton against the Seahawks. 49ers were playing out of their minds defensively but after Kaepernick fumbled that ball deep in 49ers territory, it was all over.
I'd love to see the 49ers play the Colts again when all the injured players have returned, think the 49ers would win a rematch.

6. Not so major but debilitating injuries.
7. Fixing special teams with money and adding defense and a solid TE only to find your great WR core entering the season is not on the field.
No this isn't a draft problem, or an "our staff is stupid" problem, or a "they can't evaluate talent" problem, or a "Cam Newton would save the day" thing, or a "BJ Daniels is the next great thing and I called it cause I play fantasy football" retardation.
I think it is a lot more complex than that.
The way I see it this team was put together to win the Bowl this year and unexpected things have happened.
This I think is the theme of what is wrong. Sure we have a ton of injuries, but just imagine how raw we would be if we had our awesome receivers NOT on the IR.

Yeah Rice may suck as an analyst but I'll take him as a coach over anyone we have coaching our WRs today - and over the past 10 seasons.
I HATE THE WAY WE DEVELOP WRs.

Well former BW players have become pretty good coaches I think. Rathman SHOULD be in the HOF in my opinion and he turned out to be a great coach. :)
Mike Rumph should coach our secondary.

Plus i think he would be frustrated because not all players have his ability, drive, talent etc.

Thought this was funny. Joe Montana did a brief stint as an analyst before he quit. He actually doesn't look too bad in this one. I believe they started him as a game analyst and he was pretty bad. He did not last long, though, and neither did Bill Walsh.
