Vernon's story reminds me so much of Terrell Owens story... but it makes me wonder if Owens, coming into the league, had another player to see crucified by the media and teams....and had a Coach set him straight, if he could've been like Vernon. Vernon saw what happened to T.O. and was like fuuuuuuuuuuk that..lol.







and Gore's is touching.... Its unfortunate how teachers and counselors who get paid peanuts don't get more attention. They can be so influential in kids lives. Gore's counselor would not let him go down the wrong road.
