We should cut Andy Lee, McDermott and Lemonier!!!
Cut Nnamdi since he can't even contribute to ST. Then, cut KW for the very same reason.

Usually always have 3 QB's but I'd be fine with cutting McBLT. Also I'd go with Dobbs, Nnamdi, Stupar, and Ventrone for Manningham, Wright, Moody, and Crabtree.
I don't see Osgood going anywhere for the rest of the year. He'll be the 5th WR and active every game for ST. Heck, we might even re-sign him for vet min next year for ST. Just too bad he has never done anything at WR. In pre-season I wanted him gone since I thought he offered nothing at WR but I guess I underestimated his ST value. I think with Manningham and Crabtree you can afford a ST only WR more than we could when we were searching for a 2, 3, 4, and 5.

Stupar released today. https://twitter.com/brian_mcintyre
So with us cutting Moore and Aldon being a roster exemption and not counting for Moore's place that means we have 2 spots open with Stupar being released. Could it be Wright and Manningham?

So if that's how that goes then we have 3 more cuts for Moody, Aldon (next friday exemption up) and Crabtree.
Does anybody knows if Stupar has practice squad eligibility if he clears waivers?

He does.

I can't say for sure but I believe so because I think you can have up to 2 years in the league and he has 2 and also he only played in 5 games and 6 is the limit otherwise you aren't eligible anymore. All the rules are pretty confusing.

Tolzien made it on for the 3rd year due to that last rule.

Here are the official rules:
A player is eligible if he does not have an accrued season of NFL experience.

Players gain an accrued season by being on the active roster for at least six games.

If a player has one accrued season, they can still be practice squad eligible if they were on the 45-man active gameday roster for less than nine regular season games.A player is deemed to have served a season on the practice squad if he remains on the practice squad for at least three weeks.

Players are eligible to be on the practice squad for two seasons.

Players can be eligible for a third practice squad season if their team maintains no less than 53 players on the active/inactive list at all times.

Thanx guys!
I am beginning to think It will be Dobbs, Nhamdi and Patton to IR. See what they have in Wright the next couple of weeks before they pull the Plug on Nhamdi. Dobbs is just a numbers game and he is limited to DE. Patton would not see the field once Crabtree is back but I would rather keep Patton up and cut Williams.
Maiocco tweeted it so it's official. So we now have 2 open spots with Stupar being cut and I'm guessing Manningham and Wright will be activated today or tomorrow to be ready to go for Monday's practice when the team all comes back. Outside shot it's Manningham and Moody.

I like how you are thinking about Patton. If we can get him back healthy and jettison Williams, I would be ecstatic. Stupar was just the latest domino to fall. Dobbs and Nnamdi are almost certainly gone IMO. Love how this year is shaping up.
I wish someone's secondary had been devastated and we could have traded Nnamdi for a late pick.
