What's funny? Jags get paid too. This could be Gabbert's break out game.
Not sure if serious ...
Why wouldn't I be serious? We're playing the Jags. They have Gabbert.

You have either mastered the art of sarcasm or you have lost your damn mind. Gabbert makes Alex in his early years look like a pro bowler!

My only real concern is playing in England and what weirdness can result from that. Distractions, body clock, coming out flat and the like. Fluke losses happen and we really can't afford one here. Get to the bye with only two losses and get more and more healthy players back for the stretch run. We are set up to peak at the right time but next week is critical to all that.

Sad thing about this statement is that it is soooo true !!
Thank God we passed up Gabbert and took Kap instead. Dodged a bullet there.

Well last time 9ers were in London they looked like s**t. Then again Mike Singletary was head coach.

Did they fly straight to London after the Titans game?

No disrespect to the Jags or their fans, I'm sure most of them are good people.
But if the NFL is going to schedule a regular season game in London it should be two Superbowl contenders.
And the Jags just aren't there right now.
The Seafa% fans can yell all they want but no one outside of the US knows who the hell they are or cares. So I am glad it wasn't something idiotic like Seahags vs The Tennessee (we don't like no edumucatid folk) Rednecks.
But they do know the 49ers and we are in fact the most liked NFL team overseas.
So it should have been 49er/Green Bay...49er/Patriots...Atlanta/
