The Titans think they did a lackluster job
containing Seahawks quarterback Russell
Wilson but hope they learned lessons that
will help them against Colin Kaepernick.
The 49ers star has 31 carries for 172 yards,
his 5.6-yard average just a bit less than
Wilson's 5.9, which leads all quarterbacks.
Wilson had 10 carries for 61 yards against
the Titans in a 20-13 victory , and twice
converted third-down attempts with
scrambles. He also eluded the rush on a
handful of occasions, like the time he threw
back across the field to running back
Marshawn Lynch for a 55-yard gain.
The 49ers (4-2) visit the Titans (3-3) on
Sunday.
"You've got to be more disciplined,"
defensive end Derrick Morgan said. "It all
comes down to being disciplined, staying in
your rush lanes and doing your job."
Safety Bernard Pollard, who played for the
Ravens last season, remembers Kaepernick
all too well from the Super Bowl, when he ran
seven times for 62 yards and a touchdown.
"The guy does a great job of extending plays,
kind of like Russell did," Pollard said, "and
Russell got out on us a lot."

Anybody knows if the team flying out to London rite after the Titans game instead of coming back home? That would make a lot of sense, the whole week of practice in London should help the team in many different ways, bonding, getting used to the weather and the environment. I know its only Jacksonville but we can never ever take any team lightly, Any Given Sunday.
